IsRating	Indicates the copy is being made for rating purposes. Defaults to false when omitted.	boolean	None.
CreatedBy	Optional. Id of the QQ employee the action is performed on behalf of. Must be an active employee in one of the caller's offices. When omitted the authenticated user is used.	integer	None.
